1. Ümumi məlumat

PeakPin mobil tətbiqinin istifadəçiləri hesablarını istənilən vaxt, birbaşa tətbiq daxilindən, dəstək xidmətinə müraciət etmədən silə bilərlər. Bu səhifə həmin prosesi, silinən məlumatların tam siyahısını və qanuni səbəblərlə məhdud müddətə saxlanılan məlumatları izah edir.

2. Hesabı necə silmək olar

Hesabınızı silmək üçün tətbiq daxilində bu addımları izləyin:

  1. Profil bölməsinə keçin
  2. Ayarlar-a daxil olun
  3. Aşağı sürüşdürüb "Hesabı sil" düyməsini tapın
  4. Təhlükəsizlik səbəbindən sistem son daxil olmanızın yaxın zamanda (bir neçə dəqiqə əvvəl) olmasını tələb edə bilər — bu halda yenidən daxil olmanız xahiş olunacaq
  5. Xəbərdarlıq mesajını oxuyub təsdiqləyin

Silmə əməliyyatı DƏRHAL həyata keçirilir və geri qaytarıla bilməz. Silinmə üçün dəstək xidmətinə yazmağa ehtiyac yoxdur — istənilən vaxt özünüz tətbiq daxilində edə bilərsiniz.

3. Tam silinən məlumatlar

Hesabınızı sildikdə aşağıdakılar dərhal və tamamilə silinir:

  • Profil məlumatlarınız (ad, soyad, doğum tarixi, cins, ölkə/şəhər, telefon nömrəsi (əgər profildə qeyd olunubsa), istifadəçi adı)
  • Profil şəkliniz, paylaşdığınız bütün foto/video materiallar (Postlar)
  • Story-ləriniz
  • Yaratdığınız Məkan (venue) elanlarınız
  • Yaratdığınız Təklif (offer) elanlarınız
  • Kimlik doğrulama üçün göndərdiyiniz sənədlər (vəsiqə şəkilləri, selfie) — dərhal silinir
  • İzləmə/izləyici əlaqələriniz (follows)
  • İstifadəçi adınız və telefon nömrəniz (əgər profildə qeyd olunubsa) sistemdən azad edilir (yeni hesab üçün yenidən istifadə oluna bilər)

4. Digər iştirakçıları qorumaq üçün qismən saxlanılan məlumatlar

Bəzi məlumatlar TAM SİLİNMİR, çünki bu, başqa istifadəçilərin öz tarixçəsini itirməsinə səbəb olardı. Bu hallarda YALNIZ sizin şəxsi əlaqəniz silinir/gizlədilir:

5. Qanuni/mühasibat səbəblərlə saxlanılan məlumatlar və müddət

Aşağıdakılar, tətbiq qanunvericiliyinə (mühasibat, vergi və maliyyə hesabatlılığı tələblərinə) uyğun olaraq, hesabınız silindikdən SONRA da saxlanılır:

  • Ödəniş/əməliyyat qeydləri — real pul əməliyyatlarının (abunəlik, təklif haqqı, PinBox alışı və s.) maliyyə qeydləri, mühasibat uçotu məqsədilə saxlanılır. Bu qeydlər artıq şəxsi profilinizə bağlı deyil.
  • Hesabın silinmə faktı — daxili audit jurnalında yalnız istifadəçi ID-si və silinmə tarixi formasında, müddətsiz saxlanılır (heç bir şəxsi məlumat ehtiva etmir).

Kimlik doğrulama sənədləriniz istisnadır — onlar hesab silinərkən DƏRHAL silinir, heç bir əlavə müddət üçün saxlanılmır.

6. Alternativ üsul

Tətbiqə giriş edə bilmirsinizsə (məsələn, hesabınıza artıq daxil ola bilmirsiniz), silinmə tələbini aşağıdakı əlaqə vasitəsilə göndərə bilərsiniz — sorğunuz eyni qaydada icra olunacaq.

1. General Information

Users of the PeakPin mobile app can delete their account at any time, directly from within the app, without needing to contact support. This page explains that process, the full list of data that gets deleted, and the data retained for a limited period for legal reasons.

2. How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account, follow these steps inside the app:

  1. Go to Profile
  2. Open Settings
  3. Scroll down and find "Delete Account"
  4. For security reasons, the system may require that you signed in recently (within the last few minutes) — if not, you'll be asked to sign in again
  5. Read and confirm the warning message

Deletion happens IMMEDIATELY and cannot be undone. You do not need to contact support to delete your account — you can do it yourself, at any time, from within the app.

3. Data Deleted Completely

When you delete your account, the following is deleted immediately and completely:

  • Your profile information (first/last name, date of birth, gender, country/city, phone number (if added to your profile), username)
  • Your profile photo and all photos/videos you shared (Posts)
  • Your Stories
  • Venues you created
  • Offers you created
  • Documents submitted for identity verification (ID photos, selfie) — deleted immediately
  • Your follow/follower relationships
  • Your username and phone number (if added to your profile) are released back to the system (available for reuse on a new account)

4. Data Partially Retained to Protect Other Users

Some data is NOT fully deleted, because doing so would erase other users' own history. In these cases, ONLY your personal association is removed/hidden:

Chat messages you sentThe text is replaced with a "User deleted their account" placeholder, and any photo/video/voice attachment is deleted. The conversation itself remains for the other participant.
Events you createdNot deleted — archived, so other attendees keep their own history. Your name is marked as "creator deleted".
PinBox orders you placedThe order record is not deleted (it's part of the venue's own sales/accounting history), but its link to you is anonymized.

5. Data Retained for Legal/Accounting Reasons, and for How Long

The following is retained AFTER your account is deleted, in compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and financial reporting obligations:

  • Payment/transaction records — financial records of real monetary transactions (subscriptions, offer placement fees, PinBox purchases, etc.) are retained for accounting purposes. These records are no longer linked to your personal profile.
  • The fact that the account was deleted — kept indefinitely in an internal audit log, containing only a user ID and deletion date (no personal information).

Identity verification documents are the one exception — they are deleted IMMEDIATELY upon account deletion, with no additional retention period.

6. Alternative Method

If you're unable to access the app (for example, you can no longer sign in), you can request deletion via the contact below — your request will be processed the same way.
